An Instagram post by an Indian software developer working in Sweden has gone viral. In the video the techie has detailed the corporate perks he enjoys while working for a Swedish company. The post details the extensive paid leaves, wellness allowance, parental benefits and many other benefits he enjoys. This viral post has made professional envy and impressed with the work culture of Europe.

“What are the benefits an employee gets at a corporate office in Europe especially in the Nordics. Just you know it’s not for one/two companies. Most of the companies be it a small or large, give you these benefits. Note- I mentioned some amounts in INR as SEK may not be known to many,” reads the caption of the video.
In the video he detailed that employees get 30 days of paid vacation annually, with half-days before public holidays. He also mentioned that company offer up to Rs 40,000 for gym memberships, massages, and other health services. The company also helps the employee in setting up the work-from-home setup by paying up to Rs 50,000. The video also talks about the other corporate discounts, parental leaves and financial support employees get in case they loose the job.
