If you're planning to visit Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm in the near future, there are a few pieces of advice from seasoned veterans you won't want to discard. The former Top Gear star launched his farm shop and restaurant alongside his Prime Video series - and recently opened a pub, The Farmer's Dog, nearby.
But one Reddit user who visited the farm at a weekend had some top tips for visitors and Clarkson's Farm fans - including one thing to avoid doing. User VonBlitzk told fans to "arrive by 0900 at the latest" and "don't bother arriving after 1200" because the queues are so huge.

The user also added the tips: "Camp overnight or get a hotel, and walk the public footpath - it's free and interesting". Arriving at the farm at 7:30 in the morning, they were the first person in line, explaining it was fine to enter the car park before opening at 9am.
"I lined up at 0800, by 0830 the car park was almost full and the line was a decent size but manageable. They opened the toilets around 0850. By 0900 the second half of the carpark was filling up and the line was horrendous, by 0930 when the shop opened it was madness."
It took the user around five minutes to purchase items from the shop, before they went on a walk past Clarkson's house on the public footpath - even meeting farmhand Kaleb Cooper along the way who was "cheerful".
The user explained that arriving back at the shop at around 11:10am, it was "pure unchecked chaos", with the end of the line "beyond view" and a one hour queue for food.
They warned: "I met multiple groups expecting tractor rides and guided tours of the farm. Many people asked where the animals were and one group even expected it to be a petting zoo/adventure farm. It appeared as if many turned up without researching how best to visit, when and what there actually was onsite, many failed to understand it was just a farm shop and multiple voiced expectations of meeting the cast at the shop."
