This latest instalment, which is released in two parts, follows siblings Wednesday and Pugsley as they navigate life at Nevermore Academy together – a situation that doesn't seem to sit well with Wednesday. As Pugsley garners more attention alongside the other new cast, viewers are curious about Isaac Ordonez, the actor behind the character.

Ordonez hails from LA, where he spent most of his early years being homeschooled.

His previous acting credits include only indie short films, though he did have a small part in the Disney film A Wrinkle in Time.

He served as a double for the character Charles Wallace in this science fantasy adventure flick, adapted from Madeleine L'Engle's 1962 novel bearing the same title.

The film narrates the tale of a young lass and her adopted younger brother who, assisted by three astral travellers, embark on a quest to locate their missing father.

Wednesday season 2 part 1 is set to premiere on Netflix on August 6, with part 2 scheduled for release on September 3.
