Lucknow: A massive protest was held in Lucknow on Tuesday at Chhota Imambara, led by prominent Shia cleric Maulana Yasoob Abbas, in response to recent US and Israeli attacks on Iran and direct threats made to Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
The event, organized by the Haidari Task Force an active socio-religious organization of Shia youth voiced strong opposition to what they called imperialist aggression by the United States and Israel.
Iran Confirms Nuclear Sites 'Badly Damaged' In US AirstrikesDespite a temporary ceasefire announced in the region, Maulana Yasoob asserted that global resistance against American and Israeli policies must continue. “The US bombing of Iran’s nuclear facilities is reprehensible,” he stated.
“Leaders like Trump are not peacemakers; they pose a serious threat to humanity.”
