A disturbing incident has come to light from Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills. On Saturday, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) party workers reportedly vandalised the office of Mahaa News. Videos of the damage caused by the BRS workers are going viral on social media.
The agitated workers alleged that Mahaa TV was spreading fake news against BRS working president and senior leader K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) in connection with the phone-tapping case.
After the attack, the BRS cadre shouted slogans of "Khabardaar", pelted stones at the building, and attempted to storm the office. However, as of Saturday afternoon, they had not managed to enter the premises.
