A tragic road accident claimed the lives of four devotees from Ballia district on Sunday as they were en route to Baba Dham for jalabhishek rituals. The incident occurred when a trailer rammed into a pickup van carrying 25 passengers from Tetarpur village under Narhi police station limits.
According to reports, the collision took place in Begusarai, Bihar. Twopassengers, Lachi Devi and Harendra Rajbhar, died on the spot. Two others Mughun Rajbhar and Ghuruhoo Ram, succumbed to their injuries while being transported home by ambulance. The pickup was ferrying the group for the annual religious pilgrimage when the vehicle was struck from behind by the speeding trailer. The crash resulted in panic and chaos among the injured, many of whom sustained serious injuries.
