Using soybeans in food helps in fulfilling the deficiency of protein in the body. In such a situation, you can start your morning with idli made from soybeans. Apart from this, if you feel hungry during the day, soya idli can be prepared quickly. It is tasty as well as very healthy. It can be made from soya badi. If you like South Indian food, then you can try its recipe. Idli is also light in digestion. Soybeans are very important for growing children. You can keep this dish in their tiffin box. If you have never tried it till now, then there will be no problem at all by following our recipe. Serve it with sambhar and coconut chutney.

Ingredients
Soya Vada – 1 cup
Rice – 2 cups
Moong Dal – 1/2 cup
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Salt – according to taste
Method
- Take rice and soya vada and soak both of them in separate vessels. After this, soak half a cup of moong dal as well.
- Soak them for 2-3 hours. After this, take the rice put it in a sieve, and drain its excess water.
- After this, put it in a mixer jar and grind the rice coarsely. Similarly, grind soya vada coarsely with the help of a mixer.
- Repeat the same process with moong dal as well and grind it to prepare a coarse paste.

- Now take a big vessel and put ground soya vada, ground rice, and moong dal paste in it and mix all three well.
- Now add salt to this mixture as per taste. After this, cover the mixture and keep it in a warm place for 5-6 hours.
- After the stipulated time, take the mixture and beat it once again. After this, take the idli mold and apply oil to it.
- Now pour the prepared idli paste into the mold cover it and cook it on steam. In 10 minutes the idlis will be cooked well. Then take them out on a plate.
