IOCL has opened applications for recruitment to Graduate Engineer positions. Interested candidates can apply until September 21, 2025. Selected candidates will receive excellent salaries.

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released a notification for recruitment to Graduate Engineer positions. Eligible candidates can apply for this recruitment in the Chemical, Electrical, and Instrumentation branches. The online application process has already begun, and interested candidates can apply through IOCL's official website until September 21, 2025, 5:00 pm.

A Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be conducted under this recruitment process on October 31, 2025, in 44 cities across the country. Admit cards will be made available to all applicants by October 17, 2025. Candidates must bring their admit cards to the examination center. The application process began on September 5, 2025, and the deadline is September 21.

Candidates must possess a BE or B.Tech degree for this recruitment. Candidates in the General, EWS, and OBC-NCL categories must have a minimum of 65% marks in graduation. Candidates in the SC, ST, and PWD categories must have a minimum of 55% marks. This degree must be from a full-time course and must be obtained from an institution recognized by the AICTE or UGC.

As for the age limit, candidates in the General and EWS categories must not exceed 26 years of age as of July 1, 2025. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates as per government regulations.

The selection process will be conducted in three stages. The first stage will be a computer-based examination. This will consist of a total of 100 questions, covering subject knowledge, general aptitude, logical reasoning, and English language. Based on this examination, candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage. Candidates will then be evaluated through group discussions or group work. The final stage will be a personal interview.

Regarding the application fee, no fee will be charged for SC, ST, and PWD candidates. The application fee for other candidates has been fixed at ₹500. The application form correction facility will be available until September 21, 2025.

Regarding salary and benefits, candidates appointed as engineers or officers will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹160,000. The initial basic salary will be ₹50,000 per month. Additionally, benefits such as dearness allowance, HRA/housing facility, medical facilities, gratuity, PF, accident insurance, leave encashment, LTC or LFA, vehicle maintenance reimbursement, and performance-based bonus will also be provided. Including all benefits, the selected candidate's annual gross remuneration can be approximately ₹17.7 lakh.
